1. 15-20 CHARM Tiramisu 
2. Mascarpone Cheese(250g) 
3. Whipping Cream (450ml) 
4. White Sugar (100g) 
5. Espresso+water (200ml) 
6. Cocoa Powder 50g

Directions:
Step 1: Brew the Perfect Coffee Begin your journey by brewing a rich and robust cup of coffee. Allow it to cool, setting it aside for later use. Step 2: Whipped Cream Bliss In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Exercise caution not to overbeat; we want the cream to be as light and dreamy as the holiday season itself. Step 3: Mascarpone Symphony In a separate bowl, create a harmonious blend by beating together mascarpone and sugar until smooth and creamy. Gently fold the whipped cream into this luscious mascarpone mixture until a heavenly combination is achieved. Step 4: Tiramisu Transformation Dunk our exquisite CHARM Tiramisu into the coffee mixture for 1-2 seconds on each side. Arrange these coffee-kissed delights in a single, tempting layer within your chosen baking dish. Step 5: Layers of Joy Top the first layer with half of the mascarpone cream mixture and a sprinkle of cocoa powder for that extra touch of elegance. Repeat this process, creating a second layer with the remaining mascarpone mixture. Cover your masterpiece with foil and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, although overnight refrigeration is truly preferred for the flavors to dance and mingle. Ingredients list: 
1.Prawns 20pcs 
2.Julie’s Peanut Butter 
3. Melted chocolate 
4. Crushed peanut 

Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the three main ingredients: Julie’s Peanut Butter Sandwich, Chocolate, and Peanut Chunks. 
Step 2: Melt the chocolate in the oven at a temperature of 180°C for around 5 minutes. 
Step 3: Put the melted chocolate into a cupcake tray as the first base and let it chill for around 15 minutes. 
Step 4: Place Julie’s Peanut Butter Sandwich (1 piece) and follow with melted chocolate to fully coat it. Step 5: Sprinkle some peanut butter chunks on top and once it’s fully chilled, you’re ready to savour it!

Luscious Lemon Biscuit Mousse

Ingredients list: 
(4 Cups Served) 
1.Julie’s Le-Mond Lemon Sandwich 4 Packs (roughly crushed) 
2.Lemon Juice 3 TBSP Cream Cheese 250g 
3.Icing Sugar 150g 
4. Whip Cream 150g 

Toppings List: 
1. Lemon Slice 
2. Blueberries Mint Leafs 
3. Whipping Cream 

Directions: 
Step 1: Place cream cheese, icing sugar and lemon juice in the bowl. Beat on high speed. 
Step 2: Add the whipping cream and continue to beat until the cream is stiff and shiny. 
Step 3: Break the Julie’s Le-Mond Lemon Sandwich into small pieces. Step 4: Add the biscuit crumbs into a dessert cup and fully fill in the mousse mixture. 
Step 5: Place the whipping cream on top and garnish with your favourite fruits. 
Step 6: Fridge them up to 6 hours and ready to serve.
